Company Summer Outing 2022 

The company summer outing is one of the events that employees look forward to every year. This kind of activity gives employees time to take a break, feel relaxed and have fun outside the workplace. While Avion employees get the chance to gather altogether, this can also strengthen the bond as it encourages the team to engage in some physical activities where teamwork is tested.

Last April 2022, after 2 years of being in a strict quarantine due to Covid-19, we finally had our summer outing at the D’Coral Beach Resort located in Currimao, Ilocos Norte which is one of the most visited resorts by locals and tourists in the province. As the company’s tradition for every summer outing, all Avion employees gather together to do the Zumba Dance before the program and other activities begin. After Zumba, the employees participated in various games. The mini-pageant was also held to let others showcase their talents and to boost their self-esteem. Of course, no missing prizes for the winners.

Having a company outing and team building is definitely something worth considering. And since we really enjoyed this year’s summer outing, we’ll be looking forward to the next ones!
